ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Order Placement: When you place an order on our Website, you will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This email constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Order Rejection/Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or delivery area restrictions.
Product Variations: Due to the nature of conscious 3D-printing manufacturing and natural material finishes (such as bio-PLA, PETG, and stainless chrome steel), minor variations in texture, shade, or surface patterns may occur between individual pieces. These are inherent characteristics of our design process and do not constitute defects.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices: All prices listed on the Website are displayed in the selected store currency and exclude potential local customs duties or import taxes that may apply outside of our primary shipping zones.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely at checkout. Full payment must be cleared before goods are dispatched or put into production.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Dispatch & Shipping: Delivery times stated on our Website are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearing processes, or force majeure events.
International Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the European Union or domestic zones, customers are responsible for any applicable local customs clearance, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country.
CANCELLATION & RETURN RIGHTS
Right of Withdrawal: Consumers residing in the EU/UK have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as outlined in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Products tailored specifically to customer specifications or custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect.
WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
We guarantee that our products are crafted to high quality standards and free from material defects upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or displays manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at claims@gliesedesign.com (or CC hello@gliesedesign.com) with visual proof (photos/videos) of the defect and packaging.
Approved warranty claims will be resolved through product repair, re-delivery of a replacement item, or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GLIESE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including improper handling, heat exposure, or non-intended usage.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
